UpGrain Protein

The raw material with a protein content of 45 % is rich in vitamins, minerals and healthy antioxidants.

Our barley protein is denatured, which means it is no longer functional or soluble. This makes it ideal for increasing the nutritional value of your products without changing their texture. It offers a balanced amino acid profile and high bioavailability. Particularly high levels of leucine and proline promote muscle building, support blood sugar regulation and contribute to collagen formation and wound healing.

UpGrain Classic

The versatile blend of 21% protein and 57% fiber, along with the low carbohydrate content, makes this raw material an ideal flour substitute.

The unique composition of proteins and fibers as well as the low carbohydrate content of our barley flour substitute make it ideal for diet-conscious foods. Together with healthy vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, it improves the nutritional values in your product without significantly affecting the flavour or texture.
